I went to Lolita's for dinner last night. We tried to go to another place, but I refused to line up. I heard about this place at work and was eager to try it out.
Slight line up and the place was packed. I except the traditional Latin American food, but was intrigued and pleasantly surprised to see Latin Fusion dishes. Lots of smaller bites to share, some soups and salads and a few entrees. We were going to go for the snapper dish with yam fries (I did not want snapper because it is endangered), but the special was ahi tuna with pumpkin gnoochi. We opted for the special and it was fantastic!
I drank the Del Monte (vodka, crushed strawberries and passion fruit) and the house ice tea (hibiscus and rose hips); both were delicious.
I would definitely go back. Cozy, fun and satisfying!
